| Jorge A. Ramirez, MD |
 | | Dr. Jorge A. Ramirez was born Cuba and moved to the United States as a child. He is a graduate of University of Monterrey. He completed his Pediatric Residency training at The Children’s hospital of Buffalo, New York in 1989 and he was the Pediatric Chief Resident in 1989-1990. Dr. Ramirez completed his Pediatric Nephrology Fellowship at UCLA Medical Center in 1993. Dr. Ramirez is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Nephrology. Dr. Ramirez is married and has three children. Enjoys golfing in his spare time. He is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Ramirez is the Medical Director for Pediatric Nephrology. He has received Orlando’s Best Doctor award 2006 and 2007. |

 | | Maricor Grio, M.D., M.S., FAAP joined the Orlando Health Pediatric Nephrology Faculty Practice in July 2007. Dr. Grio attended the University of Miami, graduating Cum Laude with a degree in Microbiology and Immunology. She went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in 2001. She was a Pediatric Resident at Orlando Health from 2001-2004 and then completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at the University of Michigan Health System. While completing her Fellowship, she was also awarded a K 30 scholarship from the NIH (National Institute of Health) for training in clinical research. She completed a Masters Degree program in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis from the University of Michigan. |

 | | Jennifer McDonald graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition with a Specialization in Health Promotion. Her education was followed by completing an Internship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Jennifer is a Nationally Board Certified Diabetes Educator working in pediatrics since the start of her career. Currently her role is working with Pediatric Nephrology and Gastroenterology. In her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and two dogs. Education - Bachelors Degree with Specialization in Health Promotion - Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan
