Andrea Ferrara, M.D., FASCRS, FACS

Program Director, Colon & Rectal Residency Program

Dr. Ferrara completed his surgical residency at the State University of New York in New York City and at Yale University Surgical Program in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He served for two years as a Fellow in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is board certified in colon & rectal surgery and general surgery.

Paul R. Williamson, M.D.

FASCRS, FACS Associate Director, Colon & Rectal Residency Program

Dr. Williamson completed his surgical residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. He completed his fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery at the Carle Clinic Foundation in Champagne-Urbana, Illinois. He is board certified in colon & rectal surgery and general surgery.

Joseph T. Gallagher M.D., FASCRS, FACS

Associate Director, Colon & Rectal Residency Program

Dr. Gallagher completed his surgical residency at the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida. He completed his fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery at the Orlando Regional Healthcare System, Orlando, FL. He is board certified in colon & rectal surgery and general surgery.

Samuel DeJesus, M.D., FASCRS, FACS

Associate Director, Colon & Rectal Residency Program

Dr. DeJesus completed his surgical residency at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center, New York, NY. He completed his fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery at the Orlando Regional Healthcare System, Orlando, FL. He is board certified in colon & rectal surgery and general surgery.

Rene Mueller

M.D.

Dr. Mueller completed her surgical residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, Illinois. She completed her fellowship in Colon & Rectal Surgery at Louisiana State University Health Science Center. Shreveport, Louisiana. She is board certified in general surgery and board eligible in colon & rectal surgery.

Mark Soliman, M.D.

Associate Director, Colon & Rectal Program

Dr. Soliman is Board Certified by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and the American Board of Surgery. He attended the University of Florida and was a part of the Junior Honors Medical Program. He did his surgical residency at Baptist Health in Birmingham, Alabama and completed his fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the Colon and Rectal Clinic of Orlando.

Thomas B. Blake, M.D., III, FACS, FASCRS

Faculty, Colon & Rectal Program

Dr. Blake is Board Certified by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and the American Board of Surgery. He attended the University of South Alabama where he obtained his degree in medicine. He completed his General Surgery residency at St. Agnes Hospital associated with John Hopkins University. He completed his fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the Colon and Rectal Clinic of Orlando and ORMC.
