  • Objective

    The primary objective is to evaluate the accuracy of the MCG in determining major cardiac events at 30-days of presentation to the ED. MACE will be defined as the composite of cardiac death, myocardial infarction (MI), or coronary revascularization.

  • Key Eligibility

    a. Age 18 and over
    b. Symptoms consistent with a possible acute coronary syndrome per the treating physician
    c. Has an electrocardiogram performed while in the ED
