  • Objective

    To assess how end-tidal capnography performs in predicting survival to discharge with a good neurologic outcome compared to bystander witnessed CPR, EMS witnessed CPR, no shocks delivered, no ROSC, and bystander CPR and determine if any patient survived to hospital discharge with a good neurologic outcome, but met the BLS or ALS TOR criteria.

    Out of Hospital Cardiac arrest patients, ages 18 and up, in central Florida EMS systems from January1, 2000-May 31, 2014, who have medical out of hospital cardiac arrest with initiation of resuscitation.
