Diagnostic Imaging
Diagnostic Imaging is a vital component of the diagnostic services offered at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital. With state-of-the-art equipment, including a 16-slice CT scanner, mammography, X-ray, ultrasound, and other imaging services, we are able to perform and interpret a wide range of imaging for our patients. Dr. P. Phillips Hospital also has an on-site radiologist who interprets results to provide the best and most efficient care for our patients.
Dr. P. Phillips Hospital's Radiology Department offers a complete range of diagnostic imaging:
- Mammography
- CT (Computed Tomography) Scan
- MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
- MRA (Magnetic Resonance Angiography)
- Ultrasound
- DEXA Scan
- General X-rays
Special features include:
- Saturday and Sunday scheduling (mammograms scheduled on Saturdays only)
- A 16-slice CT scanner in the Emergency Department
- 1.5 Tesla magnet MRI
- Radiologist on site
The Radiology Department is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and is located on the second floor of Dr. P. Phillips Hospital. Outpatient procedures are scheduled 7 days a week from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
