Whether you are a new patient or a visitor here at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, we want to make your visit be as comfortable as possible. We recognize the importance of visitors to our patients during their recovery.

Visiting Hours
The visiting hours at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital are in place for the comfort of our patients. Family members and friends of patients are welcome and are encouraged to visit during the following hours:
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU): 9:00am through 6:00pm plus 8:00 pm until 11:00pm
- All other floors: 6:00am through 9:00pm
The main entrance of Dr. P. Phillips Hospital locks at 9:00pm.
Guest Services/ Information Desk
Our Guest Services team members are located throughout the hospital. They are available to serve patients, their families, and hospital team members.
For the comfort and convenience of our guests, a Guest Services representative is available at the Information Desk in the main lobby to assist you. They are available Monday through Friday from 6 am until 9 pm as well as Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am until 7:00pm.
For your convenience, there is also a Guest Services desk located in the Emergency Department. A representative is available Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 1:30am as well as Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am until 2:30am.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria is located on the first floor and offers a variety of hot entrees, sandwiches, a soup and salad bar, pizza, desserts and beverages. The cafeteria accepts cash only; however, an ATM is located nearby.

Breakfast 6:30am - 10:00am
Lunch 11:30am - 2:00pm
Dinner 4:15pm - 6:30pm
Gift Shop
A gift shop is located in the main lobby and offers small gift items, cards, inspirational items, flowers, and candy. The gift shop is open 8am until 8 pm daily.
Chapel
The Chapel is located on the first floor, just off the main lobby. Chaplains are available 24 hours a day for patients, families, and staff of Dr. P. Phillips Hospital.
Bus Stop
The bus stop is across the street from the Dr. P. Phillips Hospital main entrance driveway.
Telephones
Public telephones are located by the vending machines in the cafeteria and in the Emergency Department waiting area; a courtesy phone is located at the information desk in the main lobby.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are located on the first floor just outside the cafeteria. There are also vending machines in the Emergency Room waiting area.
ATM Machine
An ATM machine is located in the vending area on the first floor, just outside the cafeteria.
