    The bus stop is across the street from the Dr. P. Phillips Hospital main entrance driveway.

  • Cafeteria

    The cafeteria is located on the first floor and offers a variety of hot entrées, sandwiches, a soup and salad bar, pizza, desserts and beverages. The cafeteria accepts cash only; however, an ATM is located nearby. Hours: Breakfast 6:30am - 10:00am; Lunch 11:30am - 2:00pm; Dinner 4:15pm - 6:30pm

  • Chapel

    The Chapel is located on the first floor, just off the main lobby. Chaplains are available 24 hours a day for patients, families, and staff of Dr. P. Phillips Hospital.

  • Gift Shop

    A gift shop is located in the main lobby and offers small gift items, cards, inspirational items, flowers, and candy. The gift shop is open 8am until 8 pm daily.

  • Guest Services

    Our Guest Services team members are located throughout the hospital. They are available to serve patients, their families, and hospital team members. For the comfort and convenience of our guests, a Guest Services representative is available at the Information Desk in the main lobby to assist you. They are available Monday through Friday from 6 am until 9 pm as well as Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am until 7:00pm. For your convenience, there is also a Guest Services desk located in the Emergency Department. A representative is available Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 1:30am as well as Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am until 2:30am.

  • Perry Pavilion

    Dr. P. Phillips Hospital is also home to the Cynthia C. and William E. Perry Pavilion. Dr. P. Phillips Hospital has the unique mission of meeting the medical needs of travelers from around the country and the world, and the Perry Pavilion provides comfortable and accessible overnight lodging for the family members of patients from outside the Orlando area. The two-story hospitality home features 12 private guest rooms, a family gathering room, resource center, laundry facility and children’s play area.

  • Physician Relations

    The Physician Relations Department serves as a link between Dr. P. Phillips Hospital and our community physicians. The department provides the following resources and services:

    • Informs physicians about hospital programs and services
    • Works with physicians and their staff to conduct community education programs
    • Provides information regarding Continuing Medical Education programs
    • Hosts office manager seminars
    • Offers assistance with physician recruitment efforts

  • Telephones

    Public telephones are located by the vending machines in the cafeteria and in the Emergency Department waiting area; a courtesy phone is located at the information desk in the main lobby.

  • Vending Machines

    Vending machines are located on the first floor just outside the cafeteria. There are also vending machines in the Emergency Room waiting area.

  • Visiting Hours

    Visitors are an important part of the healing process, and family members and friends are encouraged to visit. There are no set visitor hours at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, except in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). After 9:00 pm, all visitors must enter through the Emergency Department and sign in with Security. ICU visiting hours are 24 hours a day except when nurses are changing shift. This happens at 6:45 am until 7:45 am -- and again from 6:45 pm until 7:45 pm. Children under age 12 are not permitted to visit on the ICU.
