From Daytona
Take I-4 West to Exit 82B at Anderson Street. Turn right on Anderson Street. Turn left at Division Street. Turn left at Gore Street. Turn right on (south) Orange Avenue. MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando is on the southwest corner of Orange Avenue and Underwood Street.
From Tampa
Take I-4 east. Go to Exit 81BC and turn right (east) onto Kaley Street. Turn left (north) onto Orange Avenue. Turn left (west) onto Underwood Street. MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando is on the southwest corner of Orange Avenue and Underwood Street.
From Gainesville
Take I-75 to the Turnpike (south). Take I-4 east. Go to Exit 81BC and turn right (east) on Kaley Street. Turn left (north) onto Orange Avenue. Turn left (west) onto Underwood Street. MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando is on the southwest corner of Orange Avenue and Underwood Street.
From Jacksonville

From Melbourne
Take I-95 north to SR528 (Beachline) west. Continue on the Beachline to the McCoy Road/Sand Lake Road exit (exit #8). Take the McCoy Road/Sand Lake Road exit west to Orange Avenue (527). Turn right (north) onto Orange Avenue. Follow Orange Avenue to Underwood Street. Turn left (west) onto Underwood Street. MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando is on the southwest corner of Orange Avenue and Underwood Street.
Valet Parking
MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando has valet service from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday in front of the building. The Valet parking fee is $5.00 for all patients and visitors. Guests with a valid disabled parking permit may park in the disabled parking lot next to the “C” garage.
Garage Parking
Parking is available in Parking Garage C, located at 15 West Underwood Street directly across from MD Anderson -- Orlando . The fee for garage parking is $4* a day.

Extended Stay Parking Passes
For patients who are with us for extended periods of time, we offer discounted parking passes for their family and friends. You can obtain a 5 day parking pass for $15 from the parking garage attendant. Please check with the attendant for the details regarding these passes.
