Matthew Taylor VP Asset Strategy

In this role, Matt will be responsible for identifying and cultivating real estate and facility strategies to support relationships and business arrangements in existing and new markets.

Matthew S. Taylor will be joining Orlando Health as Vice President of Asset Strategy. In this role, Matt will be responsible for identifying and cultivating real estate and facility strategies to support relationships and business arrangements in existing and new markets. He will focus on developing services and new approaches through acquisition, joint venturing, affiliations and business development.
 
Matt has most recently served as senior principal and national director of land use and market strategies for C&S Companies, a full-service national planning, design and construction services firm. In this capacity, he was a senior advisor and consultant to Orlando Health assessing our real estate portfolio and asset management to help identify future initiatives. He is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), a member of the Urban Land Institute, and a graduate of Leadership Orlando.
 
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, an MBA from The American University, and a Master of City Planning from The Georgia Institute of Technology. Matt has published numerous articles on topics ranging from real estate strategy and development to strategic and master planning. He has also been the recipient of the National Planning Award from the American Planning Association and is a frequent presenter at national and state planning conferences.
