Because of their extensive medical knowledge, April Oxford, MD and Caroline Nguyen-Min, MD, physicians at Orlando Health, were invited to participate in an “Ask the Doctor” session that was presented by the Winter Park Executive Women. Doctors Oxford and Nguyen-Min provided advice on how women should record any health issue that may come up and natural ways women can add calcium to their diet.

Megan Lanier, program manager for the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, explained to Orlando Health that 45 women attended the session and said that it was well received.

“They appreciated the candidness of the doctors and their advice on staying healthy at any age,” said Lanier, who coordinated the session for Winter Park Executive Women, which is a chamber program. “It was great to have the time to hear the doctors’ opinions and understand their reasoning on treatments, diseases and overall health that you typically do not receive in an office visit.”
