Orlando Health Pledges to be the Best Hospital Possible
Orlando Health will celebrate National Patient Experience Week, April
24 -28 with a team member pledge banner, pledge trading cards, cupcakes and fun
in the lobby of each hospital site location beginning April 24.
Team members can sign the pledge banner that states, “We pledge to be the best hospital possible. Everyday. Thank you for choosing Orlando Health.”
Pledging to be the best hospital possible speaks to the primary HCAHPS’ patient survey question, but also reflects the right thing to do for every patient, every day.
The signed banners will be displayed in the lobby of each facility. Digital signs and pop-up signage sharing the same message will be displayed throughout the hospital facilities and medical offices.
