Orlando Health Ranks in Top 20 of Orlando Sentinel's Top 100 Companies

Orlando Health was once again selected as one of the 2016 Orlando Sentinel Top 100 Companies, ranking in the top 20! This survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orlando, benefiting the city’s economy, its work force and businesses.

Organizations from across Central Florida entered the two-part survey process to determine the Orlando Sentinel Top 100 Companies. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.
 
The combined scores determined the top organizations and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.
 
Public announcement of the list and rankings of the inaugural Orlando Sentinel Top 100 Companies program will be published in the Orlando Sentinel in on August 21, 2016. Congratulations Orlando Health team members, you make our workplace great!
