Submissions must be received by the IRB via IRBNet by 4:00pm EST on deadline dates. Any full-Board submissions received after 4:00pm will be scheduled for the next meeting (in two months). Therefore, it is very important to meet the deadline and to ensure that the submission is complete (all required documents and forms are present, forms are completely filled out, package is electronically signed, etc.) in order to avoid this delay.

The ORMC IRB meets at 7:00 am the first Thursday of every month unless cancelled by the Chairman or moved due to a conflict (e.g. a holiday)
