Mindfulness is the art of bringing conscious attention, without judgment, to what is here and now as it unfolds, moment by moment, within and around us. Eight week series morning or evening. Our instructor, Elizabeth Cohen, has studied with the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care & Society, and been a practitioner and teacher of approaches to mind/body wellness for more than 25 years.
