ENERGY MEDICINE & THE DAILY ENERGY ROUTINE
|
|
M. D. ANDERSON CANCER CENTER ORLANDO, 4TH FLOOR CLASSROOM

The human body is composed of moving particles of energy that organize into fascinating pathways and patterns which influence how we function. When our energies are flowing as designed, we feel healthy and emotionally vibrant, and when they become blocked, our health and our mood can decline. *Based on Donna Eden's Energy Medicine Model.
In this class, Energy Medicine practitioners help participants to understand the energy system of the body, and learn a simple routine that can be practiced daily, leading to increased energy, strength, and clarity of mind.
Meets once a month on Monday, 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm.
