As a local presence since 1918, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of services available to the Central Florida community. Our medical technologists and technicians are highly trained experts in laboratory medicine and are fully licensed by the state of Florida with ASCP certification or eligible.

  • 24-hour on-site STAT test capabilities
  • Auto-fax capabilities and web-based retrieval for test results
  • Laboratory testing for research
  • Medical record number consistency between inpatients and outpatient admissions for historical tracking  
  • Online order entry available
  • Pathologist on call 24 hours
  • Proficient, experienced phlebotomists at each Outpatient Lab location (including pediatric and geriatric collections)

Physician's Office Services
  • Courier services available for will call or scheduled pickup
  • Specimen collection containers provided  
  • 24 hours, seven days a week for STAT services
  • Convenient Outpatient Lab locations

Home Health Agency Service
  • Convenient and safe locations to drop off specimens

Laboratory Customer Support Department
Our Customer Support Department is staffed with highly trained representatives whose primary responsibility and dedication is to patients. This group of professionals can respond to a variety of service needs including:
  • Test results
  • Patient concerns  
  • Turnaround times
  • Test information and specimen requirements
  • Courier service for specimen pickup
  • Faxing of lab reports
  • Adding tests to existing specimens
