Orlando Health is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of the individuals and communities we serve. Here you will find a listing of the classes, events, and support groups Orlando Health provides for you and your family throughout the year. Whether you’re expecting a baby, looking for rehab and support following surgery, or seeking healing through balance of mind, body and soul – we’re here, when it matters most.

Orlando Health is proud to provide numerous pregnancy, childbirth and parenting classes for women and families in our community. There are classes that focus on both prenatal and postnatal areas of learning. Topics include basic infant care, cesarean birth, big brother/big sister, Lamaze, breastfeeding, mommy and me, and more!


Orlando Health Heart & Vascular Center at Orlando Regional Medical Center is one of the most advanced and comprehensive centers for cardiovascular medicine in Florida. These classes focus on heart health and education, and allow our community to benefit from the vast knowledge and experience of our Heart & Vascular Center and physicians.


Cancer Care classes encompass a broad range of topics including Cancer Support Groups, Healthy Living and Nutrition, Spiritual Support, Yoga and Tai Chi. Additionally, we have mind/body classes that are offered year round and encourage the integration of mind, body and spirit. These classes are taught by masters in their fields and are designed to support participants at any stage of health.


Throughout the year Orlando Health has various opportunities to present one-time classes to our community on a variety of topics. These offerings are constantly changing, so check back often for updates. Class topics in the past have included education about new surgeries, facility grand openings and general health topics.


Posted on an as-needed basis, these events include lunches, conferences, workshops and seminars.
