Visiting Hours
Family and friends are very important to the patient’s recovery. Visitation allows you to show your concern, love, and support, while also giving time for patient care. For the most part, you can visit the patient at any time. However, many of the individual units have their own hours and guidelines.
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Rest is important for critically ill patients. Two visitors per patient will be allowed at a time. However, the length of the visit and number of visitors is at the discretion of the patient’s nurse. This will be determined based on the patient’s condition.
No children under 11 years old please. Additionally, no visitors are allowed from 6:00 am - 8:00 am and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm daily.
Food and Nutrition Services
Patient’s Meals
The Food and Nutrition Department is committed to providing a nutritiously satisfying meal and strives to make each patient’s meal experience a pleasant one. All patients and their families are encouraged to talk with a dietitian or other dietary staff member about any specific food preferences or requests. Should your physician prescribe a modified diet for you, our clinical dietitian will help you make selections within the limitations of the diet necessary for your recovery.
Meals are normally brought to patient rooms between the following hours:
Breakfast: 7:30 am - 8:00 am
Lunch: 11:30 am -12:15 pm
Dinner: 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Cafeteria
