Dr. Lloyd is a clinical neuropsychologist, who provides assessments to both pediatric and adult populations. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Lloyd has a variety of interests within the field of neuropsychology, including traumatic brain injury, dementia, postconcussion syndrome, and forensic neuropsychology. She also enjoys teaching psychology courses as an adjunct professor in her free time. She also serves as a clinical psychologist in the United States Florida National Guard.
Dr. Lloyd earned her B.A. in psychology from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended graduate school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She completed an APA approved neuropsychology internship at Tulane University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana and earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology. She completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in the area of postconcussion syndrome, followed by an outpatient clinical neuropsychology postdoctoral residency.
