Scheduling Appointments

The pediatricians of Orlando Health Physician Associates work together in equal partnership, sharing responsibilities of night call, weekend and holiday hours, and hospital responsibilities. To assure continuity of care for your child, every effort is made to schedule your appointment with your personal pediatrician. However, on occasion your personal pediatrician may not be available, and your child may be scheduled with another associate. We will do our best to meet the needs of you and your child at every appointment.

All patients are seen by appointment only. Appointments are made between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment for routine well care, sick visits, and physicals, you may click on Request an Appointment, or you may call the Mills office at 407.841.7290 or the Maguire office at 407.654.6506 during regular office hours. To best accommodate children for illness care, please call early in the day to arrange for an appointment. Both offices also provide evening after hours for emergency sick visits. Our Mills office provides weekend hours for sick children only. There is an additional fee for these after hour services.

Office Policies

Before your child's first appointment, please have all previous medical records sent to us. We participate with most insurance plans, and accept payment by check, cash, or credit card. Payment is due at the time of visit.

Cancellations

Please call us as early as possible to change or cancel your appointments so that our physicians can best utilize their time. Failure to cancel an appointment greater than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $50.00 to your account. Frequent non-cancelled appointments, "No Shows", may result in dismissal from our practice.
