We will use the latest technology to diagnose the severity and location of your aneurysm and develop the best plan for repairing or replacing the dilation, bulging or ballooning in the wall of your aorta. Our goal is to prevent your aneurysm from rupturing and causing life-threatening bleeding.

Overview

Our cardiovascular surgeons are trained in performing various types of aneurysm repair. We may recommend open surgery to replace a section of your aorta with a synthetic graft, or a less invasive procedure that involves inserting a metal coil or synthetic graft inside your aorta through an artery in your groin. We will discuss these options with you as we plan your treatment and recovery.
