Services at he Wound Healing Center

Services include hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO), a safe and effective method used to treat wounds that may not respond well to other therapies alone. HBO delivers 100 percent oxygen under pressure to the cells. During HBO therapy, patients breathe pure oxygen while in a hyperbaric chamber. Our HBO area is designed to be open and inviting, lessening the feeling of claustrophobia during HBO treatments.

We also offer a full-time ostomy clinic, which includes pre-operative stoma site marking and education, post operative education and guidance on stoma and fistula management, and routine assessment of stoma and peri-stomal skin health. Our board certified ostomy nurse is qualified to problem solve all issues relating to ostomies, pouching systems and tubes.
