Community Sponsorship
Orlando Health invests its charitable dollars in the Central Florida community to support our mission to improve the health and quality of life of the individuals and communities we serve. Through strategic collaborations with community organizations and non-profit partners, together we are able to help affect positive change in the Central Florida community.Orlando Health considers requests for funding and in-kind support for new and ongoing programs within our strategic guidelines in the areas of Basic Needs, Health, Economic Development, Education and the Arts.
To be considered for funding, please complete the online application. Orlando Health considers requests that demonstrate a need in the community that is aligned with our mission and clearly outlines how the need will be met through your organization.
Requests must be made four –six weeks in advance of the event and you will be notified within two weeks of receiving the application about the status of your request. In addition to the application, the following documentation should be submitted with the application in a .zip folder:
- Signed W-9 Form
- Budget for the program/project that funds are being request
- List of Board of Directors including name, title and affiliation
