At Culture and Language Resources we are aware of the needs of our culturally and linguistically diverse patients and families. Therefore, we provide interpreter services in three different modalities:
- Over the phone interpreting (150 + foreign languages)
- In-person (foreign languages and sign language)
- Via video (foreign languages and sign language)
It is important to note that all of our patients with limited English proficiency have the right to obtain an interpreter at NO COST to them.

- Listening Devices for our Heard of Hearing Patients (TTY or TTD)
The quality of communications between patients and healthcare providers is a strong determinant of whether patients receive optimal care and by using interpreter services and resources; we expect to provide a better and safer environment for patients with limited English proficiency.
