Faye Collins, DNP, RN, NEA-BC

Assistant Vice President Orlando Health; Chief Nursing Officer, Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital

As chief nursing officer at Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital, Faye Collins oversees the hospital’s nursing services and coordinates the daily operations to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.

She brings to her role more than 15 years of experience in hospital operations and nursing leadership. Beginning her career as a staff nurse, Faye transitioned to nursing administration and has held several director positions. Most recently, she was associate chief nursing officer with Banner – University Medical Center’s Tucson and South campuses in Arizona.

Faye earned both her bachelor’s degree in nursing and her master’s in nursing as clinical nurse specialist from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her doctorate of nursing practice at the University of Alabama. She also attended the Baylor/SMU Nurse Executive Fellowship program.

Faye’s professional memberships include the Emergency Nurses Association and American Organization of Nurse Leaders.
