Holly Muller is the Chief Nursing Officer of Orlando Regional Medical Center and Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health. As the Chief Nursing Officer, Holly serves as the leader for the vision, strategic direction, and delivery of nursing care at ORMC; leading a culture of excellence and collaboration of clinical care, education and nursing research of our system-wide nursing practices and quality standards. Holly is an accomplished executive nurse leader with a proven track record of delivering quality results, building relationships, leading complex facility projects and developing high-performing teams.

Holly is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing program at the University of Central Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, a Master of Science in healthcare administration from St. Joseph’s University, and a Master of Science in nursing from Kaplan University in Chicago. She also completed the Wharton Nurse Leaders Program at Wharton in Philadelphia and is board certified as a nurse executive.

Holly is a member of several professional healthcare and nursing organizations and is past-president of the Southwest Florida Organization of Nurse Executives and the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, Greater Philadelphia Chapter. She has also served as a healthcare advisory board member for Hodges University in Naples and the Health Facilities Advisory Board in Cape Coral. Holly is passionate about mentoring children and young adults and has volunteered as a GED tutor with Lifeline Family Center and as a student mentor with the Big Sisters Organization.
