As the chief nurse executive and vice president at Orlando Health, Jayne is responsible for executive oversight of nursing services for the organization and provides leadership for the implementation of the nursing strategic plan. She serves as a member of the Orlando Health executive cabinet, the Nurse Executive Council and the Executive Quality Team.

Jayne received her bachelor’s in nursing from Florida State University in Tallahassee and her master’s in nursing with a concentration in nursing administration from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She is double board certified as a Nurse Executive-Advanced by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and Certified in Executive in Nursing Practice by the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Jayne also is pursuing her executive doctorate of nursing practice at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando. 

For many years, she served on the board of Shepherd’s Hope, including as its chair. Currently, Jayne serves on the nursing advisory councils for UCF and Seminole State and Valencia colleges, sits on the community board for the Florida State University College of Medicine and is a board member for the American Heart Association. She also belongs to the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives and the Florida Bioethics Network.
