Leslie Flake

Chief Financial Officer

Leslie Flake oversees all facets of financial operations for Orlando Health. These areas include finance, revenue management and the organization's clinically integrated network (CIN), which consistently appears on Becker's annual list of top performers.

Leslie has more than 20 years of experience as a finance leader for integrated healthcare systems across the country. Prior to joining Orlando Health, she was senior vice president of finance at Spectrum Health, a not-for-profit hospital system based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This system of 14 hospitals has more than 31,000 team members, $9 billion in net revenue, a medical group and the nation's third-largest provider-sponsored health plan.

Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She has served as a board member for several community and business organizations during her career.
