Jeffrey Feiner, MD, graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He received his doctoral degree, graduating first in his class, from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He then completed his residency in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Feiner is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery, with an emphasis on reconstructive microsurgery and leading-edge perforator flap breast reconstruction.
Throughout his medical tenure Dr. Feiner has won several awards, including the Morris and Sadie Stein Neuroanatomy Award, the Maimonides Medical Society Award, and the Dr. Louis Sklarow Award from the UB School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He was awarded the Johns Hopkins/University of Maryland Residency Teaching Award by his peers for his commitment to excellence in teaching.
Dr. Feiner has numerous published works and has given many presentations at The Johns Hopkins Medical Grand Rounds and for the Plastic Surgery Research Council. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
