My father, a surgeon, has always been my role model. Following him around the hospital from an early age, I developed the desire to help others as he did. Trauma care can be very rewarding — treating the critically ill or injured who are in need of immediate care. I take pride in the opportunity to restore their health and return them to their family. Orlando Health’s multidisciplinary focus brings physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers together as a team to deliver care centered on the patient and their family.
