Objective
Define outcomes for patients treated at participating institutions. Determine strategies necessary to improve patie outcomes and decrease toxicities related to treatment and procedures. Improve patient care by an adequate understanding of the results and patient population at participating institutions.

Key Eligibility
Any patient with planned treatment with radiation therapy is eligible for enrollment to this registry (oncology diagnosis age, other concurrent therapies, etc.) provided s/he consents to participate.
