The primary objective of this study is to compare the outcomes of the three treatment arms for acute DRUJ instability by assessment with the Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder, and Hand (DASH) Score at the following intervals: 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 5 years.
Patients with an acute injury and instability of the distal radioulnar joint.
