Phase: III

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT07318558

Objective

This study will evaluate how long Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (sac TMT, MK 2870) used as maintenance treatment, with or without bevacizumab, compared with standard of care can help prevent cancer from growing or spreading in participants with newly diagnosed advanced non HRD positive ovarian cancer after first line platinum-based chemotherapy in the TroFuse 021, ENGOT ov85, and GOG 3102 trial. We will measure the time from the start of treatment until imaging shows that the tumor has grown or that new cancer spots appear.
