Healthcare Week Around the World

May 6 to May 12

Orlando Health is celebrating our team members, nurses, and physicians May 6 – 12 as we recognize National Nurses Week and Healthcare Week! From our hospital sites to our corporate areas, physician practices and beyond, we choose every day to work at the best hospital possible.

This year’s healthcare & nurse’s week theme is around the world and there are several great activities planned to thank you for choosing Orlando Health! From flag day events to Olympic-themed games, each hospital is making plans for a week of fun and some delicious treats!

Tastes of the World Appreciation Meal
Team members are invited to partake in an around the world themed meal (provided for both day and night shift). Try a taste of Chinese stir-fry, nibble on some Greek tabbouleh and pitas, and sink your teeth into Italian Gnocchi. Around the world tastings will be offered at each hospital.

Ice Cream Social
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!
