Orlando Health's Asset Strategy Team Recognized with Golden Brick Award for Best Renovation

Orlando Health's Asset Strategy team recently received a Downtown Orlando Partnership (DOP) Golden Brick Award for Best Renovation of the Team Member Center, located at 55 W. Gore Street.

The Golden Brick Award, a downtown tradition for nearly three decades, gives recognition to outstanding contributions to downtown that demonstrate excellence and achievement. The Renovation award is presented to those that have redesigned and renovated existing space and have high-quality design.

This project successfully repurposed a building originally constructed in 1981 that previously served as Orlando Health’s Lucerne Hospital. The project now serves as the new front door for talent recruitment and management, as well as the home to a new conference center, Human Resources and Information Services teams. The Team Member Center is also home to the new ELLiE team and a 925-space parking deck.
