The Limb Preservation Program is focused on end-to-end care for patients experiencing peripheral artery disease (PAD), peripheral vascular disease (PVD), and/or any condition advancing to critical limb threatening ischemia (CLTI) through a multidisciplinary care team approach. This allows for comprehensive care for these complex patients, to include education and preventive care for exacerbated conditions, collaboration between primary care and specialist, disease prevention and management, any potential acute care needs, and rehabilitative services at our Orlando Health – Health Central campus and/or with surrounding community partners.

Our aim is to coordinate the care of our patients and their support system based on their unique needs through in-person visit offerings for consultations. This will include both nonoperative and operative pathways for patients who may experience limb salvage treatments and interventions and for those with limbs that may not be salvageable.
