Directions from I-4 Eastbound:
Exit at State Road 434 Longwood. Turn right onto SR 434 at the end of the exit ramp. The hospital is approximately 2 1/2 miles east on the left side of SR 434.

Directions from I-4 Westbound:
Exit at State Road 434 Longwood. Turn left onto SR 434 at the end of the exit ramp. The hospital is approximately 2 1/2 miles east on the left side of SR 434.

From Downtown Orlando:
Use I-4 Eastbound and exit at S.R.434

Parking for patients and guests of South Seminole Hospital is complimentary. Open parking lots are located to the left and right of the hospital entrance.
