Eat the Frog Membership Includes:
- Personalized small group fitness training available 24/7/365, created by Olympic Gold/Silver Medalist Decathlete, Bryan Clay. Train on your schedule, anytime of the day!
- A variety of full body, low impact, variable intensity, heart monitored training sessions including Strength, Cardio, Agility, and Mobility Flow (yoga).
- Fit Assessments every 8 weeks to discuss your goals and experience, customize a training program specific to your goals, and track your progress.
- HR monitor technology to further customize and track training results.
- Access to any Eat the Frog Studio in the US and Canada. Our Central Florida locations are located in Downtown Orlando (on the corner of Orange and Gore, walkable to OH!), Maitland (1792/Horatio), and Winter Garden (Hamlin), with additional locations in Central Florida, coming soon.
