Heather Elkins MPAS PA-C is a cardiology PA who has been practicing in cardiovascular medicine since 2011. Heather is currently the APP Learning Specialist for Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. She has created the first cardiovascular APP fellowship in Florida in order to offer new advanced practice providers and additional year of cardiovascular medicine before starting their career.

Heather provides cardiovascular care for the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. She is the first APP Learning Specialist for Orlando Health and is the first to create an onboarding and orientation program. Heather is passionate about education and providing innovative educational experiences to achieve learning excellence.
