Pavel A. Guguchev, MD

Dr. Pavel Guguchev joined the Orlando Heart Center in 2000 and is board-certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology.

After earning his medical degree from the Ivan Pavlov Higher Institute of Medicine, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, he completed his residency in internal medicine and his fellowships in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center, New York, New York.

Dr. Guguchev’s areas of interest include treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and syncope with medication, radio frequency ablation, pacemakers, and defibrillators.

He is a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Medical Association, the Heart Rhythm Society, European Society of Cardiology, European Heart Rhythm Association and the International Society of Electrocardiology.
