Congratulations to Units Performing Best in Patient Experience

Orlando Health congratulates our units that perform at the top 10% for patient experience, but special congratulations goes to those units performing at the top 98th percentile or higher in the Press Ganey national database for patient experience for the month of August.

“We are extremely proud of these teams and appreciate their efforts to provide patients and families with exemplary service and care,” says Mark Jones, senior vice president, Orlando Health and president, ORMC. “Please join our administrative teams in personally congratulating members of these units on their recent achievement.”
