Allan Stinson

As Corporate Nursing Practice Council (CNPC) Chair, through the engagement of council members, Allan Stinson drives nursing practice changes by utilizing evidenced based decision-making to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Allan is a clinical nurse in the Burn Trauma Intensive Care Unit (TICU) and has served a number of clinical leadership roles, including preceptor, chair of the TICU Nursing Practice Council and technology resource nurse.

Allan earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus. He is board certified by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) in Adult Critical Care Nursing. He is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).

Allan is also a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. He is past vice chair of the Orlando Health Medication Management Subcommittee and an active member of various Orlando Health Nursing Committees and Taskforces.
