Holly Muller serves as the leader for the vision, strategic direction and delivery of nursing care at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center, leading a culture of excellence and collaboration of clinical care, education and nursing research of the system-wide nursing practices and quality standards. She is an accomplished executive nurse leader with a proven track record of delivering quality results, building relationships, leading complex facility projects and developing high-performing teams.
Holly is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing practice program in the executive leadership track at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and a master of science in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, along with a master of science degree in nursing from Kaplan University in Chicago. She completed the Wharton Nurse Leaders Program at Wharton in Philadelphia and is board certified as a Nurse Executive through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Holly is a member of several professional healthcare and nursing organizations and is past president of the Southwest Florida Organization of Nurse Executives and the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, Greater Philadelphia Chapter. She has also served as a healthcare advisory board member for Hodges University in Naples, Florida and the Health Facilities Advisory Board in Cape Coral, Florida. She has served as a volunteer GED tutor with Lifeline Family Center and as a student mentor with the Big Sisters Organization.
