Mary Rogers

Mary Rogers began her career with Orlando Health in 1987 as a staff nurse in the 54-bed pediatric unit at Orlando Regional Medical Center. She has held numerous key leadership roles, ranging from patient care administrator to nursing operations manager in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Unit. Throughout her leadership, Mary has played a significant role in Orlando Health’s achievement of Magnet® designation for quality patient care and innovations in professional nursing practice.

Mary earned her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Valdosta State University in Georgia and a master of science degree in nursing, specializing in education, from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Mary is certified as an advanced nurse executive (NEA-BC).

Mary’s involvement and continued commitment to the community includes being a member of the Advisory Board with Our Legacy, the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives.
