Chief Nursing Officer Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital and Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital
Louise Kaigle, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, chief nursing officer, Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, began her career with Orlando Health in 1983 as a night shift nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Chief Nursing Officer, Health Central Hospital
Christina McGuirk MSHA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, CENP was appointed the Chief Nursing Officer of Health Central Hospital. She is responsible for executive oversight of nursing services at Health Central Hospital and serves as a member of the Health Central Executive Team and the Executive Nursing Cabinet.
Jayne Willis, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CENP
Chief Nurse Executive and Vice President, Orlando Health
As the chief nursing executive and vice president at Orlando Health, Jayne is responsible for executive oversight of nursing services for the organization and provides leadership for the implementation of the nursing strategic plan. She serves as a member of the Orlando Health executive cabinet, the Nurse Executive Council and the Executive Quality Team.
Jayne received her bachelor’s in nursing from Florida State University in Tallahassee and her master’s in nursing with a concentration in nursing administration from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She is double board certified as a Nurse Executive-Advanced by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and Certified in Executive in Nursing Practice by the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Jayne also is pursuing her executive doctorate of nursing practice at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando.
For many years, she served on the board of Shepherd’s Hope, including as its chair. Currently, Jayne serves on the nursing advisory councils for UCF and Seminole State and Valencia colleges, sits on the community board for the Florida State University College of Medicine and is a board member for the American Heart Association. She also belongs to the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives and the Florida Bioethics Network.

Director of Nursing Strategy Implementation & the Magnet® Program
Joy Parchment, PhD, RN, NE-BC has served in the position of Director of Nursing Strategy Implementation since January of 2011 and the Magnet® program since 2012. Dr. Parchment is responsible for leading, guiding, and directing nursing and inter-professional teams to attainment of nursing and organizational strategic priorities.
Director of the Center for Nursing Research and Advanced Nursing Practice, Orlando Health
Daleen Penoyer, PhD, RN, CCRP, FCCM is the director for the Center for Nursing Research and Advanced Nursing Practice at Orlando Health. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Penoyer served in various roles including: critical care educator, critical care clinical nurse specialist, and director of advanced practice nursing and nursing research.

Alyse Gonzalez, BSN, RN-BC, was appointed the Hospital Nursing Practice Council Chair for Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital in July of 2016.
