Dr. Andrew Spencer is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health. He has more than 10 years of experience, and his expertise includes:
- Interventional spine procedures
- Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
- Facet joint injections and medial branch blocks
- Radiofrequency ablation
- Sacroiliac joint injections
- Minimally invasive lumbar decompression
- Kyphoplasty / vertebral augmentation

- Peripheral nerve stimulation

Dr. Spencer understands that pain is highly individualized and that each patient’s experience is unique. He develops personalized treatment plans designed to precisely target the source of pain, using advanced injection therapies to reduce reliance on medications and delay or avoid surgery whenever possible. His goal is to restore function and improve quality of life.
Dr. Spencer’s Training
Dr. Spencer received his medical degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He completed an emergency medicine residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa and a pain medicine fellowship at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
