Carlos Dieguez, MD, PA, FACOG, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology with Orlando Health Physician Associates. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and has been practicing medicine since 1993. 

Dr. Dieguez received his medical degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela Medical School in Spain. He completed internships in medicine and surgery at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia and his OB/GYN residency at Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He also has completed many continuing education trainings on various OB/GYN and emergency medicine topics. 

His medical experience including serving as an emergency medicine physician at Orlando Health — Health Central Hospital and other hospitals in Orlando and Philadelphia. He also has served two terms as chairman of the OB/GYN department at Health Central Hospital. 

Some of the procedures he performs include abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy, laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy, laparoscopic bilateral tubal ligation and postpartum bi-lateral tubal ligation. 

He is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
