Bio
Chavel Blair is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) with Orlando Health Medical Pavilion. She has experience with:
- Conducting physical assessments
- Assessing health conditions
- Developing treatment plans
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
- Providing patient education
Chavel has worked in a variety of specialty units including progressive care, neurology, oncology, trauma, cardiac, surgical oncology and orthopedics.
She has cared for patients in Central Florida since 2015. Compassionate and dedicated, she strives to deliver quality, holistic care to patients with various health issues.
Chavel’s Training
Chavel received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Rasmussen College in Fort Myers, Florida, and her Master of Science in nursing (MSN) in the family nurse practitioner program at South University in Savannah, Georgia.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
