Fernando Castro is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with Orlando Health Medical Group Behavioral Health. He provides outpatient services to individuals struggling with life issues and his expertise includes:
Fernando joined Orlando Health in 2015 and is dedicated to improving the mental health of Central Florida residents.
He received a bachelor’s degree in religion with a minor in psychology from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. He earned his master’s in clinical psychology, with a counseling specialization, from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Illinois.
Fernando is a qualified supervisor for mental health counselors and is licensed as a mental health counselor by the Florida Department of Health.
He is a member of the American Counseling Association, the world’s largest association exclusively representing professional counselors in various practice settings.
