Bio
Kelly Murphy is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with Orlando Health Medical Group Cardiology. She has special clinical interests in coronary artery disease and congestive heart failure. Her duties include:
- Caring for cardiology patients
- Performing physical assessments of patients
- Ordering and interpreting lab tests
- Coordinating with cardiovascular surgeons
- Prescribing and monitoring medications
- Educating and communicating with families
Kelly is an advocate for her patients and has provided compassionate and thorough care in Central Florida for 40 years.
Kelly’s Training
Kelly earned an associate degree in nursing at Brevard Community College in Cocoa and a bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She received her Master of Science in nursing (MSN) with a concentration in adult nurse practitioner studies from the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
