Kelly Wesolowski, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is an advanced practice registered nurse and board-certified family nurse practitioner with Orlando Health Physician Associates, who has more than 20 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Today she provides primary care and continuity of care for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics, including diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. Her goal is to build trust and rapport with every patient by listening to their concerns, advocating for wellness, and treating common, acute and chronic health issues.

Dedicated to preventative care and ongoing wellness, Kelly believes each patient is unique and deserves the highest-quality, personalized medical care available. She sees patients with a range of conditions from common illnesses to complex diseases, providing comprehensive care, education and counseling to patients about lifestyle choices and changes.
Kelly helps patients assess, monitor and maintain their health. To help patients stay on track, she provides adult well-care visits, health-risk assessments, screenings, vaccinations, well-child check-ups, and school and sports physicals.
Patients desiring to improve their health by lowering their blood pressure or cholesterol and expanding or improving their fitness level will find continued support from Kelly. She helps set reasonable long-term health goals and encourages them every step of the way.
About Kelly Wesolowski
Kelly earned her master’s degree of science in nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis and bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Chamberlain School of Nursing in Downers Grove, Illinois, graduating with honors. Currently, she is a member of the American Nurses Association.
She is fluent in English and proficient in French and Spanish. Kelly volunteers her time as a certified therapy dog handler with Comfort Caring Canines.
